Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 to the Contiguous 48 states in the USA.
We also offer free shipping on orders over $350 to Alaska, Hawaii and all International countries.

When will I receive my order?

The location in which your order is being shipped to will determine the amount of time it will take for you to receive your order. Each order is made custom to order so we need 7-10 business days to hand craft your desired item. Once it has been developed, it will then be shipped out to you ASAP via the shipping method you chose at the time of checkout. See the list of shipping method timetables in order to better understand estimated delivery times.

How will I know when you have a sale?

We let all of our customers know that we are having a sale via their favorite communication method. You can sign up to our newsletter to receive emails about upcoming and/or current sales. Also, you can follow us on social media, in which our links can be found in the header and footer of all pages on site.

My item doesn't fit can I exchange size?

Of course! We offer free exchanges on all items within 14 days of receiving your order, you will need to contact us first to ensure we have stock in the size you need and we will provide you with the address to send the original item back to. Once we receive your original item, we will then ship out the new item, communicating with you every step of the way.

What is your refund policy?

We have a 14 day refund policy. 14 days from when you receive your item, you are eligible for a full refund, as long as the item is in brand new unused condition. If you need a refund for any reason, please contact us with the reason you need a refund. If the item is damaged please provide pictures to show evidence of the damage.
