Am I able to return or exchange my product?

If your order is shipped to the contiguous 48 states in the United States, your order is able to be returned, exchanged or refunded. If you ordered to Hawaii, Alaska or any international country outside of the United States, your order is NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.

How do I make a return?

We want you to be thrilled with our product. We give you 14 days from receiving your order to decide to return it for store credit or a full refund. To do so, simply email customercare@embercendre.com or through our contact page and a customer care representative will handle your return.

Please follow the steps below

  • Email us with the confirmation number and reason of why you want to return, we will authorize the return with a return number.
  • Ship the item back to the address we provide you with the return number on the outside of the packaging.
  • Please note all returns for refund within a 10-14 business day period with 5 or more items, will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Do I have the option of an exchange instead of a return?

Of course! If for some reason you don’t love the product you purchased or there is some size issue, We give you 30 days from receiving your order to decide to exchange it, customer care can help you exchange it for another you think you’ll like better. Important information for returns or exchange

  • Items must be returned or exchange to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return information label.

  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.
  • All products that come in their own box, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.

  • Ember Cendre studio reserves the right to reject any returned or exchange items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return or exchange is rejected you will be notified via email.

  • Once your return has been processed, we’ll send a Return Notification email.

 If you return items beyond our 14-day refund policy, we will issue an exchange within 30 days of you receiving your order. We only allow exchanges to be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any refund or exchange.
