RETURNS
Returns must be made within 15 days from the shipping date. To request the return label, please email customercare@embercendre.com.
In order to process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund, or credit. Once a return is received, it takes 7-14 business days to process and 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
